About Us

This page is where credentials and rules are published. Most of what follows is currently a placeholder — every item must be filled in before launch.

1. Credentials

The following information has not yet been filled in. This page is a design demo and is not a credential notice for any real entity. Before launch it must be replaced with real information, and must not be falsified。
  • Operating entity

    Company name: to be completed
Unified social credit code: to be completed
    Registered address: to be completed

  • Filing information

    ICP filing: 京ICP备XXXXXXXX号 (placeholder)
Value-added telecoms licence: to be completed if applicable

  • Business licence

Business licence scan: to be uploaded

  • Cross-border qualifications

Cross-border e-commerce retail import involves customs and platform onboarding requirements. My estimate is that you need a matching business scope and customs registration, but the exact requirements are set by customs and the platform — this page makes no promise。

2. Privacy policy (summary)

What this site actually does today. A content-management backend and a first-party analytics collector are now running, so this section has been rewritten to match reality instead of left as the placeholder it used to be. Page views, product-card clicks and outbound-link clicks are recorded so the buying guides can be improved. No cookies are set. The IP address and User-Agent behind a visit are never stored — they are turned into a hash using a salt rotated every day, so the same person cannot be followed from one day to the next. Nothing typed into a form is ever uploaded, and Do Not Track is honoured: if your browser sends it, nothing is recorded at all.
Orders, payment and accounts still do not exist. There is no order record, no delivery address, no payment credential and no server-side account — none of it is collected because none of it has been built. The list, the demo login and the community posts remain in your own browser’s local storage.

Before orders or accounts are added, these points must be covered

  • What information is collected (account, orders, delivery address, payment details) and what each is used for
  • In cross-border scenarios, who receives the identity information required for customs clearance (customs, carriers, payment providers)
  • Where data is stored, how long it is kept, and how it is deleted
  • How users exercise their rights to access, correct, delete and withdraw consent
  • How cookies and similar technologies are used, and what is shared with third parties
  • Pet photos uploaded by users may contain personal information such as faces or addresses — and require separate disclosure of how they are handled, plus a deletion route for users

The points above are general guidance and do not constitute legal advice. Have a legal professional draft or review these before launch.

3. User agreement (placeholder)

The full version must cover: account rules, when an order forms a contract, price and tax disclosure, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

This is placeholder text. It must be replaced with complete terms before launch.

4. 7-day no-reason return policy

Cross-border return rules differ from domestic ones; the full explanation is on the Cross-border services page · Returns. Key points:

  • Return shipping is usually paid by the buyer, because it involves export declarations
  • Import tax already paid is generally not refunded; quality issues are handled separately under the sales policy
  • Opened consumables and custom-engraved items cannot be returned without cause

5. About the demo account

The demo does not store passwords. The format is checked at sign-up and then discarded, and no password is verified at sign-in. This is deliberate: hashing passwords in the browser with JavaScript provides no security, and it misleads people into thinking passwords have been “handled”. Better obviously fake than convincingly real.

A real account system must have

  • Server-side bcrypt, scrypt or Argon2id hashing with salt; never plaintext, never MD5 or SHA1
  • HTTPS everywhere
  • Rate limiting and lockout on repeated failures for sign-in and sign-up (anti credential stuffing)
  • Sessions via httpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookies, or short-lived tokens with refresh
  • Email and phone verification, plus password reset
  • No credentials, full phone numbers or delivery addresses in logs

6. What must be completed before launch

If any one of these is missing, the site should not be public.

  • Credentials

Business licence, ICP filing number, and a commercial licence if applicable. The filing number in the footer is currently a placeholder — it must be replaced with the real one and must not be falsified.

  • Compliance pages

User agreement, privacy policy, return rules and business licence notice — all replaced with real terms and reviewed by a legal professional.

  • Data

Product names, prices, timelines and service promises all replaced with real data. Everything here is currently sample content.

  • UGC moderation

If the pet community is made public, it needs content moderation, a reporting route and a process for handling violations. To my knowledge this is a compliance requirement, but please verify the specific provisions yourself.

  • Account security

Move to a server-side account system and implement the six requirements listed above.

  • Payments and orders

Integrating a payment channel requires a merchant account. Until then, do not write payment callbacks or order-funds persistence logic.

Sales Policy

Placeholder. The full version must explain price composition, who bears taxes, promotional rules and how invoices are issued.

Your list is empty. Tap “+” or “Add to List” on any product card to start.

Subtotal¥0.00

This subtotal is a preview only, calculated by adding up the two price sets in the selected currency. The final amount, taxes and shipping are set on the partner checkout page. This site does not process payments and never sends your selections to a server.
